Jewelry repairs are often times needed on heirloom and very personally precious pieces of jewelry, and we certainly understand that. We take special care, and try to have the pieces back to you as soon as possible. We offer FREE in-store cleaning and inspection for customers that can come into the store and a one week turn around on repairs that must be shipped. You can send your jewelry to be repaired to us by Fed-EX from anywhere in the world.
